Do you offer insurance?

No, we do not offer insurance coverage on our vehicles. All renters must provide proof of their own full coverage personal auto insurance policy, including: Coverage sufficient to insure the full value of the vehicle being rented No exclusions for exotic, high-performance, or luxury vehicles A valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming VU Exotics as an additional insured, upon request Renters who cannot provide proof of qualifying insurance will not be permitted to rent.

What are the terms and conditions for using the car?

Our vehicles must be used in accordance with all local traffic laws and may only be driven by registered drivers listed in the rental agreement. The vehicle must not be used for racing, off-road driving, or any illegal activities. A valid driver’s license and security deposit are required.

Can I drive the car outside the city?

Yes, you may drive the vehicle outside the city limits, provided that the route is within the permitted territory indicated in your rental contract. Please inform us in advance so we can note it in your agreement.

What is your fuel policy?

The vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. If the car is returned with less fuel, the missing amount will be charged according to our current fuel rates.

Can the car be decorated for a wedding or event?

Absolutely. We allow wedding decorations as long as they do not damage the vehicle. Please coordinate the decoration details with us in advance so we can approve the materials and installation method.

Do you offer a driver service?

Yes, a professional chauffeur service is available upon request. Please let us know at the time of booking and we will provide you with available options and rates.

What happens if I return the car late?

In case of a late return, additional fees will apply according to our hourly or daily rate. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an extension.
